  • Currency displayed (IDR or otherwise) is for guidance. You are responsible for confirming actual prices and exchange rates.

5. Brokerage & Fees

  • If you engage us as a broker, we may charge a commission or fee based on agreement.
  • We will outline the fee structure in a separate contract or engagement letter.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and understanding the fees before signing any agreement.

6. Advisory & Liability

7. Property Management

  • If we manage your property, we will do so under a management agreement detailing fees, responsibilities, and any special terms.

8. Payments & Billing

  • Some services (e.g., advertising, management fees) require payment in advance.
  • Payment details, due dates, and billing procedures are outlined in separate agreements or invoices.
  • Late payments may incur penalties as permitted by Indonesian law.

9. Intellectual property

  • The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, etc.) are owned or licensed by us.
